In this excerpt from the, yet unpublished book on submission, I refer to the beings created for the eternal realm as elohim a Hebrew world that means “mighty one” or “judge.” In the right context it is even used for the Creator himself, the mightiest of mighty ones. For the purposes of this book I am going to use the term in a rather narrow sense,  to describe what commonly are called “angels.” I have chosen to do that so we can begin to think of these creatures apart from our Sunday school perceptions and preconceived notions about them. Sometimes a change of terminology is necessary if we are to take a fresh look at something.
