I just read the news that eight more US troops have been killed in combat in Afghanistan. I remember well when the news came over the wire of an attack where Caleb was stationed. Those were nightmare hours waiting for confirmation that he was alive. I’ve blogged about that before. Here’s the link. And now there are eight families living that same nightmare, which will prove to be no dream but an agonizing reality. I am praying for their families and that all of our soldiers would be brought home from the Middle East — tomorrow.
