We just arrived in Skopje after a very long set of flights. Flying Turkish airlines was a good choice. They had great service and food, which is hard to come by now. Landing in Istanbul was a fascinating crossroads of culture. Now we are at the youth hostel we will be staying at. Very smoky, so I don’t know how well it will work. Tomorrow, Wednesday, is the day I am scheduled to speak on prayer in a city called veles. It is about an hr from here. We have wifi, so I anticipate being able to Skype.
