We have arrived in Medellin — the locals pronounce it, “Medejeen.” It is surrounded by green mountains and is a city of winding streets and lots of steep hills. Really a beautiful place. After a marvelous meal with Kathy, a local missionary, we are settled in with our Colombia hosts, Gary and Marylou. After having been mostly sleepless since Sunday morning it was great to have a night’s sleep Monday.

We’ll be meeting with local pastors this afternoon (Tuesday). As expected, there are a few changes in our plans for the trip. Please pray that we’ll be “prepared messengers” as things unfold. Blessings to you!
