As you may know, Jody and a team of six have been in Colombia near Medellin to conduct the first International School of Prayer through Abide Ministries. I just received this update through Claudia, one of the team members. This is the first communication (aside for a very brief one from Jody a couple of days ago) since the school started Tuesday. Apparently the facility where the school was held was in the mountains and outside of most communication possibilities. Here is the recent update:

Great news, Praise the Lord…we have finished the School of prayer in Colombia and God met us in such great ways….we had such a wonderful time.  Brothers and sisters from 5 cities thoughout Colombia came, left so excited to hear the teaching and have asked us to preach in their churches this sunday…please pray as we continue this trip…we are home Dec. 6 and 7  Dec. 6 in Chicago and 7 the gals from Portland will get home.  More when we catch up on some sleep and get a HOT shower….there was NO HOT WATER at the camp we held the school at…4 days of COLD SHOWERS…happy to be back in Medellin!!
